When will I receive my items?

As a rule of thumb, the shipping can be broken down into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, checking and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: this is the time it takes to get from our warehouse to your home. International shipping usually requires 15-35 days, while USA orders can take between 15-21 days.

Where is my item?

All orders are sent out with ePacket, which is a US postal service product. This means you get a tracking number you can follow up with. If you have it, go to "Track Your Order", and write it.

If you don't know what is your tracking number, go to "Contact Us", and ask for it.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Also we have PayPal Payments.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Pricing will depend on the country in which you reside and the number of items that you are purchasing. Exact pricing can be found by clicking "Buy it now" and entering in your address before completing the check out process.

Just noticed that I chose the wrong item by mistake, can you swap my product?

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into shipping, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!

I just noticed that I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, than we can make the change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.

What if I don't receive my package? 

Not to worry, if your package does not arrive after 50 days, we will refund your order.
